Digital Delivery

Once payment is processed, your game key or magazine download link will be sent straight to your inbox. Delivery usually happens within minutes. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Physical Orders (If Offered)

If you purchase a physical product from us (such as a printed magazine or boxed collectible):

• Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days
• International Delivery: 7–14 working days
• Tracking is provided when available

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are shown at checkout if your order includes physical items. There is no shipping charge for digital-only purchases.

Issues with Delivery

If your physical order is damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days by emailing [email protected]. Please include your order number and any relevant photos.
